Create a template

I would hate to keep retyping my template over and over. It would be nice to have the ability to save one and add when necessary (think guided reading information: Read aloud, observations, materials, group)

I agree. I was looking to find an additional template resource for my teachers, so that I could standardize lesson plans for the school using one template,.

Until this great idea becomes reality you can:

Click you docs app. Select edit lesson plan.
        Copy the plan. (Command + a or shift + a. Command + c or shift + c.)
        Close docs app.
New plan will still be behind the pop up screen.
        Click in the new plan
Paste the old one. (Command + v or shift + v.)
Change the fields that need to be changed.

This is nice, because some things won't change. For example: student groups will remain for cycles, so you can change what that group's focus without retyping every child's name.
